Carole Dalin, associate professor in sustainable food systems and research director of the Institute for Sustainable Resources at University College London, will present “Measuring Food Sustainability: Environmental Sustainability Indicators for Global Food Production” via Zoom webinar. Dalin, received her Ph.D. from Princeton in 2014, focuses her research on the environmental sustainability of global food production and trade, with particular interests in water resources, biodiversity and climate change. Dalin recently received funding from the European Research Council to lead the FLORA project, an interdisciplinary effort to help find effective solutions for sustainable food systems worldwide.
