Bradford Seminar: “Managing Tropical Agriculture to Minimize Biodiversity Loss”
David Edwards, professor of conservation science at the University of Sheffield, will present “Managing Tropical Agriculture to Minimize Biodiversity Loss” at 12:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, in Wallace Hall, Room 300. Edwards works at the nexus of land-use change, biodiversity and policy, and he has worked extensively in Southeast Asia and Colombia since 2006. His work has brought to light the impacts of tropical land-use change and habitat disturbance on biodiversity, and ecosystem functioning and services.
This event is part of the David Bradford Energy and Environmental Policy Seminar Series co-sponsored by the Princeton Environmental Institute (PEI) and the Center for Policy Research on Energy and the Environment (C-PREE) in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
