IS THERE A FEE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
The conference is free of charge. There is a small fee of $15 for alumni and members of the public attending the Friday luncheon.
CAN I REGISTER ON-SITE?
On-site registration will be available, but we encourage you to register in advance. This will speed up your check-in process and help us better estimate attendance at conference events. Please note that you must register in advance to attend the luncheon.
WHEN WILL THE CONFERENCE BEGIN AND END?
The program will begin in the afternoon on Thursday, October 24, and will conclude with a reception on Friday, October 25.
DO I NEED TO ATTEND THE FULL CONFERENCE?
While we encourage everyone to attend the full conference, there is no requirement to do so. You may come for any portion of the conference that you are able to attend. Conference registration and name badge pickup will be available throughout the event.
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND ALL OF THE EVENTS I SELECT ON THE REGISTRATION FORM? IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT A SESSION, DO I NEED TO NOTIFY YOU?
When completing the registration form and to assist us in planning, we ask that you indicate the portions of the conference you are interested in attending. Once you are at the event, you are welcome to attend any part of the program regardless of whether you pre-registered for that part of the day. If your preferences change after you have already registered, there is no need to notify us.
WILL ANY OF THE CONFERENCE SESSIONS BE RECORDED?
We will be recording selected conference sessions. These video recording will be available on the PEI website several weeks after the conference.
WHAT HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE IN THE PRINCETON AREA?
Attendees are responsible for arranging personal accommodations and transportation while attending the conference. A list of area hotels are provided for your convenience on the Lodging page under the Resources tab.
HOW WILL DIETARY RESTRICTIONS BE HANDLED DURING THE EVENT?
On the registration form, you will be asked to provide any dietary restrictions. This information will be shared with our caterers in advance of the event, and they will be prepared to address all restrictions. At buffet-style or grab-and-go events, items will be labeled and servers will be able to answer questions about the food available.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
If your plans change and you are no longer be able to join us, please email PrincetonEnvironmentalForum@princeton.edu and we will cancel your registration.
